Arsenal reportedly interested in signing Leroy Sane

The Gunners are eyeing a move for former Manchester City winger Leroy Sane, who has entered the final year of his contract with Bayern Munich. The German attacker has emerged as a concrete option for Arsenal if they fail to materialise a move for Athletic Bilbao’s Nico Williams.

Bayern Munich are reportedly not interested in selling one of their top players this summer and will offer Sane a new contract in the coming weeks. But a return to English football would be an excellent opportunity for the 28-year-old winger.

Arsenal need more quality and depth in the front third and Sane can prove to be an ideal acquisition for Mikel Arteta. The German is at the peak of his illustrious career and will hit the ground running in the Premier League, considering his past experience with Manchester City.
