Chelsea teenager Ryan McAidoo has signed an agreement with Manchester City

Chelsea academy product Ryan McAidoo has signed a long-term deal with Manchester City who was reportedly set to join Arsenal. The 16-year-old is an attacking midfielder by trade but is also capable of playing as a winger.

For weeks, it was reported that Arsenal were leading the race for the youngster’s signature but Man City have now hijacked Arsenal’s move for McAidoo who is now headed towards the Etihad instead of the Emirates.

The young attacker represented England at youth level and made his England U17 debut at the age of 15. According to Fabrizio Romano, McAidoo has already signed documents with the Cityzens.
