AC C defeated Roma 3-1 at the San Siro in the quarter-finals of the Coppa Italia on Wednesday after Sergio Conceicao’s new signing made an immediate impact. Debutants Joao Felix and Santiago Gimenez combined for their team’s third goal and ensured their spot in the semi-finals.

Former Roma forward Tammy Abraham scored a brace in the game assisted by Theo Hernandez and later Roma substituted Artem Dovbyk pulled one back for the visitors around the 54th minute. AC Milan had a busy day of the transfer window as they brought in Joao Felix, Riccardo Sottil,and Warren Bondo. They will face the winner of Inter vs Lazio in the semi-final of the competition.
