Lewis-Skelly Imitated Erling Haaland’s Celebration in Retaliation to ‘Who the f*** are you’ Remark
Arsenal academy prospect Myles Lewis-Skelly marked his first-ever senior team goal and became the youngest player to score in the Premier League against the reigning English champions in Arsenal’s sensational 5-1 success over Man City at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday.
The Sunday’s Blockbuster EPL showdown had it all from goal-scoring actions, revenge, fights and high-end drama as Mikel Arteta steered his side to secure a significant victory against the side, that denied the Gunners league title glory over the past two consecutive seasons.
However, the highlight of the evening stays, the 18-year-old left-back who rose through the ranks of Arsenal‘s youth teams stole the show after netting a dazzling third goal against City and replicating Erling Haaland’s lotus pose celebration taking a jibe at the Nowerigen International striker.
Understandably, Lewis-Skelly‘s act comes as a reaction to what the two-time Premier League Golden Boot winner directed to Arsenal’s wonderkid during their previous encounter when Arsenal played a theatrical 2-2 draw at Etihad Stadium earlier this season back in September 2024.
When Myles Lewis-Skelly was involved in the boiling-over moment and got booked for his heated altercation with Haaland, who turned to the Arsenal teenager saying, “Who the f*** are you?” and then telling Gunners boss Mikel Arteta “stay humble” amid players clashing from both sides of camp after the full-whistle.
