Wolves 2-4 Bournemouth Player Ratings: Kluivert’s hat-trick of penalties sinks the hosts

Bournemouth produced a remarkable performance in the 4-2 win over Wolves in the Premier League. The game got off to an exhilarating start after four goals were scored in the first quarter. Kluivert scored a cool penalty to put the Cherries ahead but Jorgen Strand Larsen equalised with a powerful header. However, Milos Kerkez put the visitors on front with a powerful strike following a brilliant inter-play before Kluivert made it 3-1 again from the spot, with Evanilson drawing a foul from keeper Jose Sa in the lead-up.

Strand Larsen restored the hopes of Wolves by burying home Goncalo Guedes’ pass in the 69th minute but only to see Kluivert net his third penalty a few minutes later. Sa was at fault again after clattering into Evanilson inside the box when he tried to collect Craig Dawson’s back pass. The defeat plunged Wolves into the relegation zone in the 18th place while the Cherries have moved to 11th in the the table.
