Georgia 1-1 Ukraine: Player Ratings as Georges Mikautadze comes off the bench to rescue late point for the hosts

Georgia hosted Ukraine at the Batumi Arena in the UEFA Nations League on Saturday, November 16 and the two teams played out an action-packed 1-1 draw.

Much to the hosts’ disappointment, they found themselves chasing the match very early on. Solomon Kvirkvelia was in the wrong place as he turned the ball into his own net to give Ukraine a 1-0 lead after just seven minutes. The first half saw the hosts desperately trying to get back into the contest but in vain as the visitors held a 1-0 lead at the interval.

Both managers made several changes to start the second half but Georgia finally found a way back. Georges Mikautadze came off the bench and levelled the match for the hosts, but both sides were keen to search for a winner. However, despite around 20 minutes and multiple chances, neither managed it and the match ended 1-1.

On that note, let’s take a look at the player ratings for both teams.
