PSG 1-1 PSV player ratings as the French side settle for a draw after a lacklustre performance
Paris Saint-Germain settle for a draw against PSV Eindhoven at home during the Champions League group phase match on Tuesday. This draw yet again highlighted PSG’s weakness on the biggest stage as they managed to salvage a point when Achraf Hakimi cancelled out Noa Lang’s 34-minute opener at the Parc des Princes. This draw leaves PSG with just four points after three games.
PSV made most of the Parisian club’s mediocrity in the midfield but would be disappointed to not convert this game into a victory. They are yet to win a game in the new format of the competition. PSG’s Bradley Barcola had the first clear chance in the 11th minute, but his low cross shot his post.
PSG thought they might have won a penalty after Asensio appeared to be brought down inside the penalty area, but VAR ruled it out.
Let’s have a look at PSG vs PSV player ratings.
