Liverpool closely monitoring 22-year-old versatile midfielder
The Reds are eyeing a potential move for a Scandinavian midfielder, who has the ability to play across various positions. Liverpool are interested in Swedish midfielder Daniel Svensson, who plies his trade with Danish club Nordsjælland and lately has been compared to Real Madrid star Eduardo Camavinga because of his versatility.
Svensson has contributed to 8 goals and 18 assists in his 139 appearances for Nordsjælland and is reportedly available for just €1.7 million this summer. Liverpool are keen to add additional midfield reinforcements after their unsuccessful pursuit of Spanish midfielder Martin Zubimendi.
The 22-year-old could provide valuable cover across the pitch and signing him for just €1.7 million will prove to be a shrewd piece of business from the Reds.
