Desire Doue leaves Jadon Sancho in uncertainty after a potential PSG move
Rumours said that Paris Saint-Germain had put an interest in Manchester United’s winger Jadon Sancho this summer. However, things have started to change following activities in the Ligue 1 side’s backroom.
Rennes’ 19-year old star Desire Doue was known to be a number one target of several clubs including some Premier League giants such as Arsenal and United. But according to recent reports, the player has already made a decision about which club he is joining next.
Bayern Munich had offered £29 million to take the player to Allianz Arena. The proposal was rejected by Rennes as the French side desired £42 for the teenager.
A decision has been made
HITC wrote that Doue has informed Rennes that he wants to join PSG and a transfer will wrap up soon. This makes PSG cool down their interest in Sancho, considering the aforementioned name as a more useful player for their game plan.
Sancho has entered Manchester United’s plans after constructive talks with Erik ten Hag but his future remains open nonetheless, although with PSG pulling out of his race, there remain doubts as to whether he will actually depart the club this summer.
