Real Madrid could sell Fran Garcia if they sign long-term target

Real Madrid could sacrifice 24-year-old defender Fran Garcia if they succeed in finalizing a move for Bayern Munich defender Alphonso Davies. The Canadian has been heavily linked with a move to Santiago Bernabeu throughout the summer.

Davies has been with the Bavarians since 2019 and has reportedly refused to sign a contract extension with the club which would allow him to leave Allianz Arena on a free transfer next year.

Earlier this summer, Bayern were reluctant to let the defender leave, but are now reportedly willing to negotiate a deal for Davies rather than losing him for free next summer.
