Marseille submit new bid for Arsenal’s Eddie Nketiah

The Ligue 1 giants are back in the race for Arsenal forward Eddie Nketiah, who has struggled to stamp his authority at the Emirates over the past few seasons. The 25-year-old striker has turned out 150 times for the North London giants and bagged 38 goals and seven assists.

Marseille saw their latest bid of €27m get rejected as Arsenal value their striker at €35m and will reportedly include a sell-on clause. The French club are now ready to re-dicuss terms with Arsenal over a potential deal for Nketiah in the summer.

Personal terms have already been argeed between both Marseille and the player, but they would need to cough up €35m to secure his services.
