FPL Price Changes – Rises, Falls and Most Transfers In/Out For GW 26
Gameweek 26 of the FPL season is almost here and it is important to look at how the last GW went. The stars of Gameweek 25 were Mo Salah of Liverpool who managed a tally of 20 points, Omar Marmoush of Manchester City who had a total of 17 points and Ollie Watkins of Aston Villa who managed a tally of 15 points. The highlight of this weekend proves to be the game between Liverpool and Manchester City. Any other season, this would be a title decider but City are miles off this season. They could however massively help Arsenal and hurt Liverpool in the title race.
FPL risers
Player | Club | Price |
Ethan Nwaneri | Arsenal | £4.6m |
Omar Marmoush | Man City | £7.1m |
Dean Huijsen | Bournemouth | £4.5m |
Justin Kluivert | Bournemouth | £5.9m |
Kepa Arrizabalaga | Bournemouth | £4.6m |
Ethan Nwaneri (Arsenal) £4.6m

Arsenal essentially lacks any of their preferred attackers who are healthy. Bukayo Saka, Kai Havertz, Gabriel Jesus, and Gabriel Martinelli are all sidelined with injuries for an extended period, and they urgently require some creativity in attack. Recently, this has been supplied by 17-year-old academy product Ethan Nwaneri, who has been delivering impressive performances. He is available for a very low cost and is almost guaranteed to start. So far, he has scored 3 goals and provided 1 assist in the Premier League this season. He undeniably appears to be capable of competing at the highest level, and his value is only expected to increase further.

Omar Marmoush (Man City) £7.1m

Manchester City experienced a rather unfortunate start to the season, prompting them to make some significant investments in the January transfer window. Omar Marmoush arrived for a considerable fee after contributing to an astonishing 33 goals in the first half of the season with Eintracht Frankfurt in Germany, across the Bundesliga, the DFB Pokal, and the Europa League. He has acclimated quite well, netting an impressive hat trick against Newcastle United last weekend. The match against Newcastle wasn’t a straightforward contest either, and he has shown considerable promise. The indications are positive and the Egyptian will aim to exploit the space left behind by the Premier League fullbacks to strike with his quick pace. Marmoush offers a more economical entry into the Manchester City offense than Erling Haaland.
Dean Huijsen (AFC Bournemouth) £4.5m

Dean Huijsen has undoubtedly emerged as the standout defender from this season so far. At merely 19, Huijsen has certainly made an impression in the Premier League. Trained by Juventus and released for some unknown reason despite his impressive performance at Roma last season, he has cultivated a remarkable ability for headers from set pieces, leading to goals against Spurs and Manchester United. He has even secured the Man of the Match title multiple times in the Premier League. Bournemouth have been exceptionally good and currently occupy the 5th position in the league. For the value he brings, Huijsen is available at a low price on FPL.
FPL fallers
Player | Club | Price |
Nicolas Jackson | Chelsea | £7.7m |
Dominic Solanke | Spurs | £7.3m |
Amad | Man Utd | £5.5m |
Son Heung-min | Spurs | £9.7m |
Anthony Gordon | Newcastle | £7.6m |
Amad (Man Utd) £5.5m

Amad Diallo has suffered his season-ending injury, with ankle ligament damage suffered in training this week in a significant blow to manager Ruben Amorim. For Manchester United who are currently 15th in the Premier League, this is a massive, massive cause of concern. They are in dire need of inspiration and Amad had been providing that all season. He had been their best player as well as a huge FPL asset. Therefore he is losing price. The winger too will be gutted given he had finally been given a chance and had completely taken it with both hands.
Nicolas Jackson (Chelsea) £7.7m

Another player who is injured, Nicolas Jackson too is unsurprisingly falling in price. Jackson picked up an injury to his hamstring at the start of the month. Speaking to the media, Chelsea boss Enzo Maresca said: “Nico will be out until the international break, probably available after the international break.” The truth is that the Senegalese forward hadn’t been in particularly good form either way, missing loads of chances, a huge reason Chelsea has slipped down the table, which will not bother too many FPL managers.
Dominic Solanke (Spurs) £7.3m

Near the end of January, Dominic Solanke picked up a knee injury that ruled him out for 6 weeks. Given that there is still a long way to go for that period to end, it’s not particularly surprising to see that he has dropped in price. When he is fit, Solanke is actually a decent choice in FPL as he scores and assists at a fairly consistent rate, providing the returns. Although he hasn’t set the world on fire since joining Spurs in the summer for big money, there have been enough positive signs for the Spurs’ supporters and FPL managers.
