Juventus 2-1 PSV Player Ratings: Samuel Mbangula scores late winner for the hosts in the first leg

Juventus hosted PSV at the Allianz Stadium in the first leg of the Playoff Round in the UEFA Champions League on February 11 and secured a late 2-1 win.

Weston McKennie’s first half strike for Juve was the only talking point as Federico Gatti provided the assist. Despite having more of the ball and five shots on target, however, the hosts only managed one goal.

PSV equalized via Ivan Perisic, who applied a smart finish to bring the game all-square after 56 minutes. Despite dominating possession in the second half, the visitors managed just one shot on target. Juventus, on the other hand, scored the winner via Samuel Mbangula in the 82nd minute and will take a one-goal lead into the second leg.
