Premier League Ins and Out- January Transfer Window 2024

The January 2024 transfer window concluded recently, with 16 out of the 20 Premier League clubs making signings.

4 Clubs without any Signing

Notably, Arsenal, Manchester United, Liverpool, and Everton were the only Premier League teams that did not bring in new players in the Winter Transfer window. In contrast to Chelsea’s nine mid-season signings in the previous winter, they made only one addition this time – securing the services of Jamaica striker Dujuan Richards, whose deal was finalized in June but awaited his 18th birthday.

Overall, the total spending by all Premier League clubs in this transfer window amounted to £96.2 million, a significant decrease from the approximately £700 million spent in the same period a year ago.

Crystal Palace (£30.5 million) and Tottenham Hotspur (£26.7 million) were the top spenders in this window. The comprehensive list of ins and outs across the league during the 2024 winter transfer window can be found below.
