Antony joins Real Betis on short loan

Manchester United winger Antony has joined Real Betis on loan until the end of the season. The Brazilian international has struggled for form and game time at Old Trafford since his big-money move from Ajax in the summer. There were high hopes on the winger but he failed to do justice under his name.

Betis are hoping that Antony can rediscover his best form in La Liga. The deal is a straight loan with no option to buy. Antony will head back to Manchester United in June. It’s a test for the Brazillian winger to prove himself in the Spanish league with his fellow countrymates Vinicius and Rodrygo soaring high in La Liga.
