Real Madrid 4-1 Las Palmas: Player Ratings as Kylian Mbappe narrowly misses out on a well-deserved hat-trick

Real Madrid hosted Las Palmas at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium in La Liga on Sunday, January 19 and secured a thumping 4-1 win against their rivals.

The visitors made a stunning start to the contest as Fabio Silva opened the scoring in the very first minute to make it 1-0. However, Real Madrid responded in style as they levelled the game at 1-1 after 18 minutes, via Kylian Mbappe. Brahim Diaz scored the second goal just 15 minutes later to make it 2-1. Mbappe handed them a two-goal cushion in the 36th minute.

Mbappe had his hat-trick cancelled as the third goal was ruled out for offside. Rodrygo then made it four in the second half, before Jude Bellingham had a goal ruled out in the 75th minute, and Federico Valverde had his cancelled in the 87th. Real Madrid won 4-1 in the end.
